The 2025 Power Plant Simulation Conference (PowerPlantSim’25) is an annual conference sponsored by The Society for Modeling and Simulation International (SCS). This conference focuses on the needs of the nuclear and fossil power plant simulation community and includes presentations by technology and industry leaders, technical sessions, panel and round-table discussions, and vendor exhibits. The primary goal of the conference is to promote open exchange of simulator related information between all attendees. Topics of interest include but are not limited to the below topics.
All individuals associated with the maintenance, management, training, regulation, or application of nuclear/and or fossil power plant simulators are encouraged to attend and/or participate with original presentations.

As a registered attendee, please feel free to join in the training as it is included in your PowerPlantSim’25 registration. If you are interested in the training alone, it can be purchased individually for the fee of $300.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH INFORMATION
Meet and interact with SCS’s PowerPlantSim attendees searching for the latest solutions, innovations, and resources in simulation support and nuclear/fossil fuel power plant simulation. Reserve early. Booth location will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a signed contract and payment. Meet with attendees face-to-face in the exhibit hall.
Booth Exhibits | $1,500
Exhibitors must use the selected drayage company for additional furniture, storage requirements, power requirements, etc.
Exhibit Booth setups include:
- 10’X10′ booth with pipe and drape (fixed or adjustable telescoping vertical uprights supported by a weighted steel base, and adjustable telescopic or fixed horizontals that provide a drape support frame with removable drape panels. Pipe and drape are used to divide, hide, and/or decorate a space temporarily).
- 6′ draped table and 2 chairs.
- 1 full conference registration included. (Nuclear Power Plant Simulator Training not included unless a full registration is purchased separately).
- The company description is included in the program book.
- Discounted additional exhibitors at $200 per person (limit 2 per company) exhibit booth and refreshment breaks only.

Early dismantling is disruptive to the exhibit floor; therefore, exhibitors may not pack, tear down, or remove any portion of their exhibit prior to the official closing at 12 p.m., Wednesday, February.
SCS reserves the right to make changes to the exhibit schedule when necessary. Exhibitors will be notified of any changes.
