Dedicated to the Advancement of Modeling and Simulation

About us

The Society for Modeling and Simulation International (SCS) is a membership association society that serves as an organization for professionals, scientific and technological advancements, and knowledge-sharing within the field of Modeling and Simulation. The society spans more than seven decades and is recognized for building collaborations where members are kept informed through comprehensive news, events, and publications. This dedication to the Modeling and Simulation industry, and related businesses, offers stakeholders increased knowledge and an avenue to learn from the latest trends in the industry. We continue to champion innovation in this field while uniting all those involved into a synergy of expertise and experience that can solve challenges in the modern world.

Modeling and Simulation plays a critical role in all aspects of our everyday lives. This science serves businesses and society by helping to develop data that can be confidently adopted for making managerial and technical decisions. By creating models to simulate real-world systems, experts can make predictions, test theories, and gain insights that would be challenging, and often impossible, to get through observations only. It has undoubtedly proven to be an invaluable tool in improving scientific, research, business, educational, and many other sectors.

SCS continues to raise the standards of practice in the Modeling and Simulation sector through cooperation between members and corporate players. This is achieved through organizing educational, networking, and product showcasing events, including conferences, and exhibitions. We are also a resource hub – ensuring that we preserve the existing knowledge by archiving it, besides adopting journals and publications to share it.

We have a long and proud history of bringing together like-minded, technology-focused professionals and entrepreneurs for networking, mentoring, professional development, and sharing practical business and commercial experiences. We wish to extend these opportunities to developing countries and learning institutions that offer Modeling and Simulation as a discipline. We hope these partnerships will improve industry-related skills and promote Modeling and Simulation as a professional career choice. Above all, any individual or organization in the industry is welcome to be part of our community.
