SCS Historical Newsletter: May 1954 Ro Favreau (Hughes Aircraft) opened the technical discussion by presenting a paper he and john Aseltine (also Huges) prepared for the IRE convention in New York earlier this year. The paper was entitled “Weighting Functions for Time-Varying[Feedback Systems”. The following version of Ro’s remarks was prepared by Dr. W. J. Schart and Stan Rogers (both of Convair-San Diego).
