Let me begin with a reminder of an earlier alert concerning access to this M&S Magazine. As readers are likely aware, this e-publication has been freely available to the modeling and simulation community at large. The M&S Magazine was, however, conceived as a member benefit for the SCS membership and the period of free access to all is drawing to a close. In fact, I’m obliged to point out to our readers that this July issue is the last that will be freely available. Future issues will be accessible only by SCS members. So all SCS members need to ensure that membership renewals are in order and those who have not yet enjoyed the benefits of being an SCS member are urged to visit the member-ship application page at the SCS web-site.
