You are cordially invited to participate in the 2001 Western MultiConference. The WMC 2001 will comprise formal paper presentations and poster sessions. Authors should identify the area(s) in which they think their contribution would best fit, and should clearly indicate whether the submission is for a poster session or a full paper. Only papers that have not been previously published or presented are acceptable. Authors must obtain any employer, client or government clearances before submission of the final manuscript.

All conference attendees participate at their own expense.

Established in 1952, The Society for Computer Simulation International (SCS) is the only technical society dedicated to advancing the use of computer simulation in all disciplines to solve real world problems and advancing the art and science of simulation itself. SCS membership includes a worldwide network of simulation professionals that meet both informally and at SCS conferences for more formal presentations of research breakthroughs. The SCS membership is organized into geographic councils in North America, the European economic community, the Pacific Rim nations, and China and technical councils in the ares of Simulation Theory and Methodology, Simulation Technologies, Simulation of Engineering Applications, Simulation in Business, Economics, and Finances, Simulation in Natural Sciences and Medicine and Simulation Applications for Education and Public Service

The monthly journal Simulation, the quarterly journal Transactions are two of the SCS publications that keep our members current with advancements in simulation technology and usage.
