Submit full papers as PDF files by email to both Program Chairs. The papers should not have more than twenty single-column, double-spaced pages, excluding figures, tables, and references, using a font of at least 12-point size. It is crucial that all graphical and tabular elements be placed within the text, so that the PDF file is suitable for reviewing. In addition to the paper in PDF format, your submission should include the title of the paper, the names of the authors and their affiliations, postal address, phone, fax, and e-mail address of the corresponding author, an abstract with up to 200-250 words, and up to five keywords describing the contents of the paper.
