| You are invited to attend the 2001 International Symposium on Performance Evaluation of Computer and Telecommunication Systems (SPECTS 2001) and the 2001 Summer Computer Simulation Conference (SCSC 2001) sponsored by The Society for Computer Simulation International. These conferences feature contributions in all aspects of simulation and modeling relating to discrete, continuous, and combined systems. Sessions will be organized to discuss current modeling and simulation practices, innovative approaches, and research results. Registrants receive ONE copy of the 2001 Summer Computer Simulation Conference CD-ROM or SPECTS 2001 Proceedings as part of their registration fee.
Established in 1952, The Society for Modeling and Simulation International (SCS) is the only technical society dedicated to advancing the use of computer simulation in all disciplines to solve real world problems and advancing the art and science of simulation itself. SCS membership includes a worldwide network of simulation professionals that meet both informally and at SCS conferences for more formal presentations of research breakthroughs. The SCS membership is organized into geographic councils in North America, the European economic community, the Pacific Rim nations, and China and technical councils in the ares of Simulation Theory and Methodology, Simulation Technologies, Simulation of Engineering Applications, Simulation in Business, Economics, and Finances, Simulation in Natural Sciences and Medicine and Simulation Applications for Education and Public Service
The monthly journal Simulation, the quarterly journal Transactions are two of the SCS publications that keep our members current with advancements in simulation technology and usage. |
