2017 Election

Our elections are held from June 1 through June 29, 2017.   As with previous years, we will be using online voting. To vote, you must be a current member of SCS in good standing. If you need to renew your membership, you can do so here.

In order to vote, you will receive an email from SCS with the subject “2017 SCS Election:  Vote Today”. It will guide you through the voting process.

The positions that you can vote on are:  President-Elect and Directors-at-Large. The SCS Board of Directors has approved the slate of candidates prepared by the Nominating Committee. As approved by the Board, the election ballot has one candidate for the position of President-Elect. In addition, there are four candidates for the position of Directors-at-Large, from whom three of the candidates will be elected by the SCS membership. Directors serve a three-year term, and the President-Elect will serve a one-year term. The President-Elect will automatically become the President for our next election.

We recommend that you whitelist or add the following email, help@election-america.com as a safe sender to make sure you receive your ballot and avoid it going to SPAM.

If you have any questions, please contact us at scs@scs.org or call 858-277-3888.

I ask you to please make sure you vote in this year’s election. Thank you.

Best regards.
